We require a $50.00 deposit at the time of drop-off.

We will be charging a $10.00 bone disposal fee.

We charge our base price on the hanging carcass weight, after the hide, head, and feet are removed.

Boneless to burger will be $1.00 per pound plus packaging fee.

Boneless meat must be clean! If not, you will be charged extra for cleaning, then meat will be reweighed and amounts refigured.
